A: Absolutely! We will begin roommate matching in January once all payments are received. At that time, you’ll have answered some key information about yourself that will help us with recommending a roommate for you (if you don’t already have one). If you already have one, then once payments are confirmed we will add the TWO of you to the rooming list.

A: Two things: 1) Current Passport holders must confirm that their passport is valid until 10/29/2024 otherwise a new passport must be purchased. 2) It is recommended that NON-PASSPORT holders 6 months prior to departure in order to ensure they receive their valid passport in time. A: We will be updating the temps as we get closer to the experience. Towards the end of April, we can expect high 50s @ night and mid-60s during the day. This is perfect for Portugal, because of the older buildings while we are touring. PLUS, we can expect to warm up inside the spa and when we are moving around hiking and having fun! A: Travel insurance must be purchased within 7 days of initial deposit. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. Travel insurance only covers non-refundable client money held by Supplier. If the group cancels prior to final payment and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases, the premium is non-refundable. Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased.
