TRAVEL NOTES:
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before October 25, 2025. All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Go Away Travels and Becoming You Adventures reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation. Roommate Matching is offered on this tour. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the registration form. Also, please note roommate matching is not finalized until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid.
Please note, when purchasing your flight, please note that the hotel check-in date is April 25, 2025 at 3pm local time. Please schedule your flight for arrival in Liberia, Costa RIca no later than Noon on April 25, 2025.
When making your flight arrangements, you will fly into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) 4/25/25 by noon and depart from Liberia (LIR) 5/2/25 after 2pm. Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 60 Days in advance to plan your free time.
FAQ
A: Premium travel insurance must be purchased within 7 days of initial deposit. An email will be sent with additional information. Basic travel insurance must be purchased prior to departure. It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase standard cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becomes ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. Travel insurance only covers non-refundable client money held by Supplier. If the group cancels prior to final payment and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases, the premium is non-refundable. Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.
