TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED:
Missing a vacation is bad enough… losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Because the Ireland tour is non-refundable and non-transferable, premium travel insurance is recommended; however, basic travel insurance that covers medical and evacuation in 2026 to ensure the safety of travelers.
Your premium is related to your trip cost, so you don’t have to worry about being over-insured. Email us with questions otherwise select insurance on your booking form.

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates. Your passport should not expire before April 21, 2027. All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Becoming You Adventures reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation. Roommate Matching is offered on this tour, but not guaranteed. If you want to be matched, please enter “Roommate Requested” on the registration form. Also, please note roommate matching is not finalized until after 75% of the cost of the package is paid. If no roommates are available, your reservation will be adjusted to Single Occupancy.
Please note, when purchasing your flight, the hotel check-in date is October 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. You must schedule your arrival time no later than 9 am local time with the main group, or transportation will be on your own. Please schedule your flight departure for October 6, 2026 for arrival in Dublin, Ireland on October 7, 2026 and departure from Dublin, Ireland on October 17, 2026 if you won’t be joining the group on the Scotland Extension.
IMPORTANT: If you are registering for the Scotland Extension, you will depart from Edinburgh on October 22, 2026 after 10 AM local time. If you are returning to the United States on October 17, 2026, choose a flight departure after 11 am local time.7
